Well, I guess I should start off by telling all of you what exactly rice snacks is if you don't know about it yet. Rice Snacks is based on an extened deck that would take infinite turns useing gaea's blessings, time warps, and the such, and would beet them down with something like a spike or a reacurring damage source. When dwell on the past was intorduced into the tourney scene, along with time stretch, the deck took off from there. How you play my version is a little complicated. It's not as fast as some out there, but it works wonders against decks not ready for it. Even if they are, it still does a good job.

First, get most of your land in play using the land searching cards, and then when you have all 5 basic land types, hold your own with the collective restraints and a big creature or two. Don't attack with the big creature, just sit back and wait. It may seem tempting to go in for the kill without the combo, but its not very practicle. Once you get all, or most of your land out, you should be able to draw alot of cards, and finally cast time stretch. With that cast, you should have no other cards in your deck, dwell on the past the time stretch and another dwell back into your lybrary. Take your first turn, attack with big creature. The opponent can only block so many times. Keep the combo up, and youve got the game in the bag. Or, if they can block indefenetly, dwell the timestretch, a dwell, and one of the Tribal Flames into your library. Thats why I put the benalish heralds in there. Card drawing that comes cheaply(and I don't mean just mana cost, too).
